You will be expected to know and understand all of the clinic’s services to assist clients in optimizing their results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a range of aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, and skin treatments, as well as advanced medical treatments such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, Diamond Glow Medical Grade Facial, microneedling, and laser treatments, all in accordance with state licensing regulations.
  • Conducting thorough skin assessments and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized treatment area in accordance with state regulations.
  • Educating clients on skincare routines and product usage to enhance their results.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in the esthetics field.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting the front receptionist during downtime, which includes scheduling clients, faxing, scanning, answering phone calls, and managing client inquiries.
  • Following directions diligently and staying occupied during work hours.

  • Advanced training is available upon signing a 2-year contract with a non-compete for trained services after initial 120 day evaluation.
