Arriving tardy will result in a reduction of your treatment time. Our utmost effort will be made to complete your entire treatment within the remaining scheduled time, as outlined in our Appointment Policy. However, please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, a cancellation fee will be charged. To ensure that all guests can receive timely appointments and to honor our providers’ time, we have implemented a 24-hour Cancellation / No-Show Policy. If an appointment is not attended or canceled within 24 hours, a predetermined fee will be charged to the card on file.
If a client has failed to show up or canceled late on three occasions, they will be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking. Please note that the prepaid amount is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. However, if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the prepaid amount will be credited towards future services at Elko Replenish Med Spa.
We deeply value our providers’ time, as they are typically booked weeks or even months in advance, and we have a substantial waiting list. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling those gaps in the schedule. We sincerely appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to maintain the highest quality service for you and future patients while respecting our team members’ time.

It is important to note that we do not offer refunds for any services provided. Each individual’s aesthetic results can vary, and while we strive to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments required to attain their desired results.
Regarding retail purchases, we do not provide refunds. However, defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
Gift certificates purchased from us are nonrefundable.
At Elko Replenish Med Spa, we hold a fondness for babies and children. However, we kindly request that you arrange for childcare prior to your appointment. This ensures both the safety of your children and a tranquil environment for all our clients.
While we share your love for animals, please refrain from bringing them to Elko Replenish Med Spa. Unless they are certified service animals, pets are not allowed in our healthcare facilities. To prevent any disruptions or inconveniences, we sincerely request that you leave your pet at home.
